How do you know the Fine Art Preparatory Course is right for you?
The Preparatory Course is designed for anyone wanting to do a Bachelor’s degree at the HKU School of Fine Art in either Fine Art or Fine Art and Design in Education. If you’re still undecided about which of these to choose, the Preparatory Course is the right option for you.
Following the admissions process for one of the Bachelor’s programmes at HKU Fine Art, the committee may advise you to do the Preparatory Course first. This means that they recognise your creative talent but don’t regard it as sufficiently developed for the Bachelor’s programme. In the Fine Art Preparatory Course, you’ll work towards the entrance exam once again.
Why choose the Fine Art Preparatory Course at HKU?
The Fine Art Preparatory Course offers an extensive introduction to HKU, the HKU Fine Art programmes and the lecturers. In this course, specialist teachers will review and assess your work. Under supervision, you’ll be stimulated and challenged to develop your talent further and put together a quality portfolio. This programme is in Dutch only!
