Do you have a good idea for your own business? Or would you like to take your graduation project a step further? HKU X gives you scope to develop your idea further and the opportunity to grow as a creative entrepreneur.

Scope for development

HKU X gives you scope to develop as a creative entrepreneur. You work on your idea and take part in workshops and activities that help you develop it. You share a professional workplace and can make use of the adjacent workshops.

We do it together

Different disciplines come together in the HKU X workshop, so you’ll be working with graduates of all the HKU courses. This means you soon make new connections, and develop the skills and build the networks you’ll need to conquer the world with your project.

We thing it’s important for participants not only to work on their own project, but also to learn from others, helping each other to reinforce their mission, identity and target group. The focus is on collaboration – not only within the participant’s own discipline, but also expressly with other disciplines (creative and otherwise) and with academic research.

Join in and use your talents to the full!

It’s important that your project or own business is relevant to the world outside the arts. It may relate, for example, to healthcare, urban development or circular economy. The other participants, lecturers and coaches help you use your creative talent within such a context – with success and for the long term.

If this has made you enthusiastic, then join us! You can start in September or in February. Register through the HKU X website and give a brief description of your plans and motivation. We’ll discuss the best way of helping you and how your participation will contribute to the HKU X community.
