Myrthe van de Giessen appointed as new director HKU Fine Art

“Myrthe van de Giessen is a highly experienced educational manager. She deliberately and eagerly returns to her roots: HKU Fine Arts, where she once graduated cum laude. Myrthe is a powerful connector and her leadership will focus on creating an environment where both staff and art students have the space to maximally develop their talents.

Heleen Jumelet, chair of the Executive Board, is delighted with Myrthe's arrival: “Myrthe is highly motivated to return to the arts.
