Practical admission Musician 3.0

On this page, you will find all the information about scheduling an appointment for your practical admission Musician 3.0 course at HKU Utrechts Conservatorium. You will also find practical information and tips about the practical admission.

Scheduling an Appointment first selection day

Make sure to read about all the steps you need to follow in order to schedule an appointment!

  • Click on the 'Plan your exam - first selection day' button.
  • Log in using the same email address and password that you used to create the UC upload tool.
  • Choose for Mucisian 3.0, and click on 'search'.
  • Then, you will see all the available dates that you can still choose from.
  • Choose your preferred date and click on 'subscribe'.
  • You have now scheduled an appointment, and you should have received a confirmation email at your email address.
Please note: you may only schedule one appointment for your practical admission!

Rescheduling an Appointment

You can reschedule your appointment yourself. You can do this by following the steps below:

  • Click on the 'Plan your exam - first selection day' button.
  • Log in using the same email address and password that you used to create the UC upload tool.
  • You will now see your scheduled appointment.
  • Select 'Unsubscribe', and your appointment will be canceled.
Please note: you will not receive a confirmation email for the cancellation of your appointment. If you want to schedule a different appointment, follow the steps under the heading "Scheduling an Appointment" again.

Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, select "Forgot my password" when logging in. You will receive instructions on how to create a new password at your email address.

Plan your exam - first selection day

Location and time of practical admission first selection day

The practical admission takes place at HKU Utrecht Conservatory, Mariaplaats 27 in Utrecht. Admission starts at 9:30 AM and lasts until 6 PM at the latest. Make sure you arrive in time on the day of your practical admission.

Information second selection day

If you manage to convince the commission of your suitability for our program, you will be invited for the second round, which will take place in the period from Monday 7 to Friday 11 April. You can then choose a time slot yourself.
