The Center for Genomic Gastronomy is currently based in Amsterdam and Porto and are working on Food Forest Taste Tests, the Mock Wild and have a garden in Amstel Park.
During this workshop we will go on a species quest to identify the plants, insects, frogs and other organisms that inhabit the Genomic Gastronomy Garden. We will use a variety of tools and strategies to account for the biodiversity on site and discuss the relationship between control and letting go when designing and maintaining agroecosystems.
